The Human Resources Department is responsible for personnel policy development and oversight, employee benefit program administration, health insurance, workers' compensation, wellness initiatives, payroll processing, pay plan administration, recruitment and selection, discipline and grievance procedures, performance evaluations and personnel record maintenance and retention for over 500 full-time equivalent employees.
